The Phantom is able to make duplicates of himself. He aquired a certain power when he was a young hare he was abanded by his parents, got himself into trouble and ended up falling in nuclear acid, in which he was cursed with his powers. He has the power to become tiny and he possesses the power to communicate with ninjas using gestures. He fights using a terrifying tail that also grants a fantastic speed and he wages war wielding a poisonous group of talons that can force antagonists to tell the truth. He also developed the talent to copy any talent of his combatants and he has learned to take control of snakes. Hare has been known to cause his adversaries to become rigidly inflexible, but can only do so once a day. Unfortunately, The Phantom is deathly afraid of rhinoceroses.
